Catering for up to 18 guests, Dungowan was designed so that you don? need to leave. Unlike other offerings Dungowan is a purposely designed vacation home. It is not home to an owner and you will have the entire farm to yourself (with the exception of staff from time to time).
As guests of this very special escape you are encouraged to relax, unwind and maybe take in a few gentle walks around the property. However should you wish to take in the sights of the area, there are four rivers in the district, The Corang, The Endrick, Mongarlowe and Shoalhaven River. The historic town of Braidwood is 40kms away and is a great place to stock up on supplies. The south coast beaches & Jervis Bay are also a good option for a day trip.
A trip to Dungowan is an adventure, especially for the children (who just love it there). It really is a different experience and there is much to observe of the natural world around them. It may be the romance of being on a large farm, perhaps feeding the cows or gathering eggs and feeding chickens, whatever it is, it certainly is a memorable place for children.
